LoneAlpha operates the MedBox mobile application. Your privacy is a priority. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our app. MedBox does not require account creation or store your personal files on our servers.
Your onboarding profile (Name and Gender) and the medical reports you upload into MedBox are stored locally on your own device. LoneAlpha does not host, view, or maintain a database of your reports.
To automatically detect the category of your uploaded files (such as Blood Sugar, Lipid Profiles, or CBC tests), MedBox securely transmits the document text to the Google Gemini API for transient processing.
Please note that data sent via this API is processed by Google in accordance with the Google AI Terms of Service. We advise users not to upload reports containing extremely sensitive national identity numbers or unneeded personal identifiers.
MedBox uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect pseudonymous identifiers (like your Device Advertising ID) to serve relevant, non-personalized or personalized ads depending on your device settings.
We do not host your personal data. All your profile parameters and analysis folders are stored locally on your own phone. They are never uploaded to a corporate cloud or shared with LoneAlpha.
delete_sweep How to delete your data:
Simply uninstall the MedBox app from your device. When you delete the app, your phone automatically wipes the local storage sandbox where your profile and medical reports were kept. This action is permanent and cannot be undone by us.
Note on Email Privacy: If you have emailed our support team (e.g., to join our closed testing track) and want us to permanently delete our email conversation from our records, please request this at lonealphano1@gmail.com. We will clear those records within 30 days.
